An unwanted person in a restaurant is facing a list of charges.
On July 1st Saugeen Shores Police were called to the business in the 600 block of Gustavus Street. Police arrived finding a man who was on conditions to not be on the property.
Police tried to speak with the man and while trying to arrest him, assaulted an officer and took off on foot.
Officers caught up to the man and after a struggle was placed under arrested.
The 34 year old was charged with Failure to Comply with a Release Order, Assaulting an officer, Resisting Arrest and Uttering Threats to Cause Death.
The man was previously out on bail for multiple charges still pending who had 20 police related incidents in the past 30 days.
