Grey Bruce Public Health has declared another outbreak at the Brucelea Haven Long Term Care Home in Walkerton.
According to a release issued Sunday, a positive case has been discovered and all precautions and safety measures are in place to support all residents and staff.
The news comes 10 days after the last outbreak at the home was declared over.
