The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation is taking applications for a $1,000 Student Environmental Grant.
Dave Frayne, Chair of the Foundation says they are honoured to provide the financial support to help a local student in their studies.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, June 29th by 4:30 pm.
The successful applicant must be between 17 and 25, and be a graduating secondary school student or enrolled in university or college pursuing education.
It should be a conservation-related source of study such as biology, ecology, forestry, fish & wildlife, agriculture or outdoor education.
