A Central Huron man is facing charges after an incident in Goderich earlier this month.
On August 9th just after 10pm, Huron County OPP received a report of an assault which took place on Suncoast Drive.
The victim says the suspect left the scene in a vehicle with officers later finding the vehicle in question on Huron Road.
Police charged the man with assault but also determined they had been drinking with a roadside breath sample resulting in a fail.
The 20 year old was charged with Assault and Operation While Impaired who will appear in Goderich court next month.
