The Bluewater Zurich Skating Club received a generous donation from a local brewery this week, thanks to some Halloween festivities.
Bayfield’s Bad Apple Brewing Company chose the skating club as the recipient of the proceeds from their haunted orchard event last month, giving them a cheque for $1,000 this Tuesday.
The club said their food booth at the haunted orchard raised an additional $600 for their programming, thanking Bad Apple and to all that came out and supported the event.
