The Lions Club of Bayfield has united with the community to advocate for proceeds from the Lions Club Community Building Sale.
The group issued the update from its Club President Ian Matthew to outline the efforts of local community groups, including the Bayfield Area Food Bank, Lions Club & Bayfield Taxpayers Association, to work together for a fair and equitable distribution of proceeds from the potential sale of the Bayfield Lions Community Building.
The group says it has been a vital hub for the community, housing organizations like the Food Bank, and providing a space for countless community events.
With the building’s sale under consideration, these groups are coming together to ensure that the proceeds will support projects that align with the community’s needs and preserve its vibrant spirit.
