The decision to end the downtown promenade in Kincardine did not sit well with the BIA.
Manager Rick Clarke tells the Shoreline Classics that he is disappointed that Council voted to reject a proposal to bring it back this summer.
Clarke says he feels they along with municipal staff were able to get enough support from the public to convince Council to continue with the promenade.
Clarke says they will continue to try and develop ideas to bring people to the downtown this summer.
