The Municipality of Bluewater is set to offer two youth hockey programs at area arenas in Zurich and Hensall.
The Learn to Play Hockey program is for kids ages 4 to 11 years old. They advise it is not a learn to skate program and participants must already know how to skate to take part.
The program is 10 weeks and starts in either October or January 2023.
It will be taught by experienced hockey players.
Sessions are 50 mins in length.
The second program is a Youth House League.
It will be at the Zurich arena and will be a chance to play local, competitive hockey games for youth 6 to 15 years old.
