Brant Tract Reopens as of Friday, April 29th after Timber Harvesting

The harvesting was conducted to improve forest health as part of the County's Forest Management Plan.

Bruce County updated residents this afternoon to inform them that the Brant Trail has reopened today following timber harvesting.

They advise that the clean-up is now complete and the trail, which is located between Concession 12 and Brant-Elderslie Townline, east of Bruce Road 3, within the Municipality of Brockton, is open.

The harvesting was conducted to improve forest health as part of the County’s Forest Management Plan.
