Construction has begun for a new subdivision in Kincardine.
Better known as the Brown Subdivision the development along Highway 21 and Bruce Avenue will include 46 single family lots, two blocks with medium density housing and two apartment blocks.
Installation of a new watermain to service the area will see a temporary closure of Bruce Avenue which will last until December 15th.
In a release Mayor Craig says council and staff have worked diligently to advance developments and increase much needed housing supply in the community.
Closures will be expected from Wieck Boulevard to Highway 21 with no access to local traffic as well as Princes Street South to Wieck Boulevard with access for local traffic only.
