Bruce County released results from its Annual Residents & Family Satisfaction Surveys at its Walkerton & Wiarton long-term-care residences.
The results at Brucelea Haven and Gateway Haven show that overall satisfaction with residents sits at 94% and with family its 92%.
The two facilities only received below 90% on the areas of Recreation/Activities and Convenience of Service by family at 83 and 89% respectively.
Megan Garland, Director of LTC & Senior Services says that each home will develop an action plan in collaboration with Resident & Family Councils and regular updates will be provided to everyone.
