Bruce County Council recently approved the creation of the new Community Development Office, a key piece of their organizational restructuring and strategic planning.
With several large-scale and complex projects emerging within the area over the next 2 years that require coordinated, strategic County leadership and focused resources the new Office will focus on projects like Housing Supply, Growth of the Clean Energy & Medical Isotope Sectors, and the DGR in South Bruce.
The current Director of Planning & Development, Claire Dodds, will become Bruce County’s Commissioner of the new Community Development Office.
