Bruce County is holding a hazardous waste collection event this weekend.
Running on May 4th in Southampton, the collection will take place at the Southampton Works Yard on Peel Street.
Items accepted for the event include paints and stains, propane tanks, used oil, batteries, antifreeze, oil filters, household cleaners, fertilizers and pesticides.
Bruce County adds things such as commercial waste, agricultural waste, industrial waste and ammunition are not accepted.
