Bruce County is inviting Walkerton & area businesses to an Information Session on Thursday, May 11th at the Walkerton Community Centre.
The session starting at 6:30 pm allows them to provide input & discuss concerns about the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for the Replacement of Durham Street Bridge.
Staff from the Transportation & Environmental Services Department, BM Ross, the Municipality of Brockton and Economic Development will be present to provide input.
Bruce County plans to move forward with replacing the bridge, which spans the Saugeen River on Bruce Road 4 in Walkerton.
A second public meeting is tentatively planned for July.
