Bruce County celebrated International Womens Day on March 20th with a gathering of local business owners, entrepreneurs and leading women and change-makers for an event at the Ainsdale Golf Course.
Bruce County’s Business to Bruce program hosted the event dubbed Accelerate Action: Building Businesses and Breaking Barriers which was aimed to inspire, empower and support women in business done in partnership with the Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey.
The event also recognized two outstanding women in the community including Beth Aubrey who earned the 2025 Women of Distinction Award and Laura Fohkens with the Young Women of Distinction Award.
