Bruce County advised it has received an update on the Krug Estate decision.
On January 13th Justice Lemon of the Ontario Superior Court issued an order regarding the trust which followed his earlier decisions regarding the same matter.
County Warden Chris Peabody said in the statement that the County continues to work through the practical items to carry out the terms of the Order dated January 13th, which was released from the court on February 1st.
