Bruce County’s Human Services Department has launched an RFP for the creation of rental units in the County.
The purpose of the units are to assist vulnerable residents who are homeless.
Interested parties can provide a plan for the development or acquisition of new rental units, retrofit or upgrade existing units or sell a property to the County that could be retrofit or upgraded to create new rental units.
