Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MP Alex Ruff issued a letter today following the tragic death of Sharif Rahman.
In the letter Ruff says the City along with family and friends of Rahman, who was a beloved community member and owner of the Curry House, have struggled as they mourn his senseless passing.
The greater community has come together in support his family in a tremendous show of solidarity.
He later makes a plea to those responsible to do the right thing and turn themselves in to the police.
Ruff says he is confident in law enforcement agencies, and that the suspects will be caught and held responsible.
He closes by asking anyone with knowledge of what happened to contact Owen Sound Police or anonymously to Crimestoppers either by telephone or online.
