Bruce Power has opened registration for its Annual Summer Bus Tour Program.
The program saw thousands last year following a 2-year hiatus.
The tour launching June 2nd begins at the Bruce Power Visitors’ Centre, where they have the chance to watch a short film and interact with displays on the nuclear energy process, the production of cancer-fighting isotopes, refurbishment projects, as well as changes to the site.
Then visitors board a bus and take a 1-hour, narrated tour of the 2,300 acre site.
Tours will be offered Monday to Fridays in June at 10 am, and in July and August at both 10 & 11 am and 1pm (except statutory holidays).
Guests are required to pre-register at the Bruce Power website.
