Bruce Power’s supplier partners recently donated $75,000 in support of military Veterans, First Responders, and their families through Wounded Warriors Canada.
The organization, which Bruce Power and its suppliers have supported with $1.3 million dollars in donations since 2012, is a national mental health service provider that deliverers training & trauma-based counseling services to members of the Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans, First Responders and their families.
Scott Maxwell, Executive Director of Wounded Warriors Canada, while attending a fundraising gala at the Underwood Community Centre on Nov. 2nd thanked Bruce Power and its suppliers for the donation. An additional $10,000 was also raised at the gala, bringing the total donation to $85,000.
