Bruce Power Emergency & Protective Service Team brings home medals at Recent FireFit Championships in Sarnia

The event featured teams from all over Canada, as well as the US, Poland and Germany, from colleges, professional full-time departments, volunteer departments and industries.

The Bruce Power team brought home hardware from  the recent 2023 Canadian FireFit National and World Championships held at Lambton College in Sarnia last month.

The event featured teams from all over Canada, as well as the US, Poland and Germany, from colleges, professional full-time departments, volunteer departments and industries.

The event also featured the largest number of female competitors in its history.

The team included Courtney Bell, Kayla Pate and Lauren Messer.

The Bruce Power Emergency & Protective Service team placed third overall for best combined time.

The team also saw Curtis Kealey, Captain Ryan Lawrence and Daryl Sebesta, complete in individual, tech-two, and mixed relay events, finishing first in the industrial mixed relay.
