Bruce Power and Cambridge-based ATS Corporation’s Industrial Automation business are collaborating on a new automated tooling for inspection & installation work on the installation of calandria tubes as part of Bruce Power’s Unit 3 Major Component Replacement Project.
The benefits will see a reduced schedule, improved safety & quality and reduced human error.

The Unit 3 MCR project began on March 1st and is expected to see Unit 3 return to service in 2026.
