Bruce Telecom advised their customers and the community of a Telephone Scam going around that involves fraudsters pretending to offer their services.
They advise that if anyone receives a call from someone saying they are from Bruce Telecom or BMTS and say that want to setup an alarm system in case they have fallen or advise of them winning a fake prize of an alarm system it is a scam.
They say the calls are not from Bruce Telecom and they currently don’t offer any type of alarm system service.
They add to not respond or share any personal information. They say to hang up immediately and contact their Customer Care Team directly with any questions or concerns.
