Buck and Jo’s Gets Two Charges Acquitted

The owner of Buck and Jo’s in Wingham has had two of three of his charges acquitted.

Stephen Hill was charged for not having a safety plan or checking for proof of a COVID-19 vaccine but had them overturned.

Further Hill also had his fine reduce to $1000 from $5500 and given six months to pay.

Hill’s third charge of failing to cooperate with Huron Perth Public Health’s enforcement officer has remained.
