CarePartners and Rexall announced a new partnership today with the Grand Opening of CarePartners’ newest community nursing clinic.
It is located within Port Elgin’s Rexall Pharmacy and the partnership begins a concerted effort to provide residents of Saugeen Shores with a surplus of health care options at a centralized, convenient location.
With Rexall providing pharmacy needs and various home & healthcare merchandise, CarePartners’ presence will allow residents to benefit from various important nursing services, such as wound care and IV treatment, in the same place they fill prescriptions and receive pharmacy services.
The clinic receives referrals through Home & Community Care Support Services to CarePartners and is by appointment only as it is not a walk-in clinic.
The hours for the CarePartners Community Nursing Clinic, at 455 Goderich Street, within Rexall Pharmacy, is 7 days a week, providing nursing services from 9 am until 5 pm.
