We are early into the Province’s relaxing of COVID-19 rules for businesses.

Many have been able to resume operations as normal while others are still struggling to get back to where they were prior to the shutdown.

Heather Boa, Operations Manager at the Huron Chamber of Commerce, says what she has heard from members is that there is still uncertainty as the province begins to open up.

Boa says there needs to be a framework set by the Province that ensures businesses can continue to operate without further shutdowns.

She says people need to continue supporting local businesses as they get back on their feet.
