The Charbonneau family has made a pledge in honour of Wes and Glenna Chalmers towards to the Saugeen Shore’s Aquatic and Wellness Centre.
The family has donated $25,000 to the Just Add Water fundraiser kicking off the Commemorative Brick Campaign.
The campaign provides a long lasting memorable way for residents and business members of the community to invest in an engraved commemorative brick which will be installed outside the community rooms at the new Aquatic and Wellness Centre.
Mayor Charbonneau stating in a release the donation from his parents and himself is a fitting tribute to his grandparents who were always community minded and ready to support a good cause.
