One person is facing charges after a commercial motor vehicle crashed into a hydro pole.
On March 26th at around 4:31am, Grey Bruce OPP responded a report a CMV had crashed with a hydro pole on Highway 10.
Officers attended the scene where it was determined the driver was impaired.
There were no injuries in the crash with Highway 10 closed for several hours but reopened.
The driver was taken to the Chatsworth OPP detachment for tests.
As a result a 41 year old of West Grey was charged with Operation While Impaired who will appear in court on April 17th.
