Among the discussion for Kincardine council today will be the Secord Monument Public Engagement results.
Titled Dr. Lindo’s What We Heard Report will continue the discussion around one of the Secord monuments in town which has been a heavy public talk due to reference of Soloman Secords’ service to the Confederate Army during the American Civil War.
The monuments were first put up by patients and friends of Dr. Soloman Secord in his honour.
Feedback on the monument has been a topic of public discussion since the issue was first raised in March.
