Grey Bruce Public Health confirmed that a positive case of COVID-19 was identified at the Brucelea Haven Long Term Care Home in Walkerton yesterday.
Public Health says the home is now in Outbreak status and that all precautions and safety measures are in place to support residents and staff.
They will advise when the outbreak is over.
Families can continue to contact Brucelea Haven Administrators with any questions and concerns.
