Kincardine will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Davidson Centre next year.
Council last week heard from Mike Di Giovanni, Manager of Parks and Facilities who says many events will be planned including a Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni game.
Construction of the facility started in 1975 with the first event held in November the same year and a grand opening in July of 1976.
Staff will continue to provide updates on event planning.
