The South Bruce Grey Health Centre have updated the temporary closures dates for the Emergency Department at the Durham Hospital.
It will now see the ED remain open on Tuesday August 8th. It previously was set to close that day from 5 am to 7pm.
The closure of the ED set for this afternoon at 5pm and lasting until Sunday will still occur.
Ambulance by-pass will be undertaken to divert patients to the nearest open ED during the closure.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention should call 911.
