Arran-Elderslie has appointed their newest Chief Administrative Officer.
Emily Dance has been recruited for the role who will take over as of August 6th.
Emily is a Certified Municipal Officer who holds a Public Administration and Governance certificate and has over 17 years of progressive municipal experience.
A longtime resident of Bruce County, Emily brings in a wealth of community knowledge and experience.
Mayor Steve Hammel made note council is looking forward to working with Emily and assist her in the continued implementation of the corporate strategic plan.
Emily replaces Sylvia Kirkwood who will retire on August 2nd.
