Enbridge Gas is helping the Grey Highlands Fire Department and 49 other departments across the province with purchasing firefighting training materials through the Fire Marshal’s Safe Community Project Assist.
The company is donating $250,000 split between 50 Ontario fire departments.
The $5,000 donation in Grey Highlands will be used to purchase educational materials to assist in training firefighters in life-saving techniques.
Kyle Kemp of Enbridge says that safety is their priority.
He adds they are proud to support Ontario firefighters who share their commitment to keeping the community safe, healthy, and vibrant.
