A friendly wager between the Town of Saugeen Shores and the Township of Huron-Kinloss has resulted in one donning the other community’s hockey sweater.
Saugeen Shores Mayor Luke Charbonneau wore the Ripley Wolves sweater at Monday’s council meeting as a result of the team coming out victories in the WOAA Senior AA semi-final back in March.
The Saugeen Shores Winter Hawks were defeated in 7-games in the close battle of a series against the Ripley Wolves.
