Georgian Bluffs has named Ryan Thompson as the newest Chief Administrative Officer who will assume the role on October 6th.
Coming in with over 25 years in public service, Thompson has experience in leadership roles in child and family services and two decades on Georgian Bluffs council.
Mayor Sue Carleton says Ryan’s extensive experience, collaborative approach and deep roots in the community make him well suited to lead the organization.
A report is expected in the future to declare his seat on council as vacant who stepped down on September 5th to take the new position.
