The Goderich Municipal Child Care Centre received a $10,000 donation this Monday from a pair of local groups.
Both Compass Minerals and Unifor gave $5,000 each to the child care centre to assist in purchasing items of need.
The centre receives funding from the Ministry of Education and Huron County, as well as the federal Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program, which has reduced enrollment fees by about 25 per cent.
