The Goderich Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109 is accepting applications for its AVM J.A. Sully & Goderich Legion Scholarship.
It is open to a GDCI graduate with high standing, having completed one full academic year at a Canadian University for medicine, dentistry or engineering or have completed two years in any honours course at a Canadian university as an undergraduate.
It awards $1,000 to the successful recipient. Application forms can be obtained in person at the Goderich Legion or by contacting the Guidance office at GDCI.
The application deadline is July 31st. Completed applications can be dropped off or mailed to the Goderich Legion, attention to the Scholarship Committee Chair.
