A Goderich resident is over $333,000 richer after winning a MAXMILLIONS prize in the October 7th draw.
Lesa Horton, a mother and grandmother, says she is an occasional lottery player who is drawn to the big jackpots and MAXMILLIONS draws.
She said she couldn’t believe her eyes when she won. She passed the ticket with winning numbers to her boyfriend to double check.
She says most of the money will be set aside for retirement and her grandchildren’s education.
She also has a cabin she’s building so this she says will acceleration the process.
The winning ticket was purchased at Goderich Convenience on Huron Road in Goderich.
