The Grey Bruce Health Services shared progress of the construction of the new Markdale Hospitial.
In the post GBHS says that the build that started in August of 2021 now sits at 60% as of August 2022.
The project, with a price tag of $70 million dollars, will feature a 24/7 emergency room, 3 exam rooms and a treatment room, 4 patient rooms, palliative care and physio therapy rooms and more.
The new facility will feature 78,178 square feet. It is expected to open by the end of 2023.
