The Grey Bruce Public Health Unit announced that Sue Patterson had been acclaimed to a second one-year term as Chair of the Board of Health.
Patterson, who is the Mayor of Hanover and a Grey County representative on the Board was nominated for the position by Owen Sound Deputy-Mayor and Grey County representative Brian O’Leary during a meeting on Friday, February 4th. It was seconded by Southgate Deputy-Mayor and Grey County representative Brian Milne.
Patterson said of the Acclamation that she is honoured to receive the support of the Board of Health to serve for a second term as chair.
The Boards of Health govern Public Health Units in Ontario.
