The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 49-year-old from Mississauga after a traffic complaint for an erratic driver Tuesday.
Officers responded to the complaint around 5:43 pm on Highway 6 in Chatsworth. They located and spoke with the driver.
After detecting signs of impairment they were placed under arrest.
The Mississauga resident was charged with impaired operation and blood alcohol 80 plus.
They have since been released and are set to appear before a court in Owen Sound at a later date.
