Grey-Bruce OPP have now responded to 5 separate break and enters on a new build subdivision in Meaford.
The first break in on Hilton Lane occurred at a residence under construction on October 25th.
Most recently, a break in on February 4th saw another residence under construction with damage to the soffit, the drywall and spray paint on drywall inside the residence.
Its believed the suspects are getting access to the residences through the soffit then dropping through the drywall on the ceiling.
Police ask anyone who see’s an individuals in the Hilton Lane area during the evening hours to contact them.
