Grey Bruce OPP are offering a six week police academy program come March for those interested in considering a career in policing.
The program provides an in depth look into being an officer and learning more about law enforcement.
The program runs on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm from March 26th-April 30th at the Grey Bruce OPP detachment in Chatsworth.
Various topics include general patrol duties, canine services, forensic investigation and more. Applicants must be at least 16 years old or at least be in grade 10.
There is no maximum age to attend.
The deadline to apply in February 28th.
