Grey Bruce OPP were called to a fatal accident Saturday afternoon.
About 1:15 pm officers and EMS responded to the intersection of Highyway 21 and Highway 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
One of the drivers, 77 year old Loraine Newman was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
