Grey County has closed off the CP Rail Trail due to storm damage.
Investigation by the county has shown several sections of the trail have experienced washouts as well as areas with downed trees and limbs from recent ice storms and high winds.
The County says the closure is needed to ensure public safety and limit further damage to the trail.
Staff are working to clear up the area but there is no timeline as to when the trail will be reopened.
