A Commercial Business from Grey Highlands faces a series of charges after they were stopped in a stationary traffic enforcement in the community.

Officers stopped the driver yesterday on Grey Road 4 in Maxwell after they observed a vehicle hailing a trailer without having its breakaway cable property attached.

The business faces charges of permitting an improperly licensed driver to operate a vehicle, it being overweight, failing to display an inspection stick and no valid CVOR certificate.

The same business was warned on other charges including improperly secured  load, no daily inspection scheduled or conducted and major defects.
