The Board of Directors of the Hanover, Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society have approved their 2023-2027 Strategic Plan at their recent Board Meeting.
The new plan supports the direction of the society for the next 4 years with 7 goals, each focusing on areas specific to growth & development of the organization.
Through the Strategic Planning process, the members also solidified the missions, vision and values of the society.
Some of the goals identified include increasing awareness of the ag society & community presence, ensuring its financial stability, completing the operational transformation at their new hall and establishing the Hanover Raceway as a destination location and experience.
