The Town of Hanover is set to host the Active Aging Expo on Mental Health on Tuesday, March 28th.
The free admission event at the P&H Centre from 12:30 to 4 pm offers a tradeshow featuring organizations in the area supporting age friendly active aging, keynote speakers in the Lion’s Den including Emmy award nominee, humorist, author and TV personality Loretta LaRoche, CMHA Grey Bruce Supervisor of Youth & Awareness Education Jackie Ralph as well as music by Al Crawford and Chair Yoga by Espe Eusebio.
Space is limited for all speakers so they say to show up early.
