Even in the dead of winter, Hanover Police are reminding residents to lock and secure their bikes after investigating a string of recent thefts.
They say bicycles are being reportedly stolen at various locations through town and the thieves are not selective, taking any bikes that work.
If anyone has information about the thefts, they’re asked to contact police at 519-364-2411 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
